My Body

When we say body, we just don’t solely means a skin garment inside which a package of organs is breathing through blood. It’s a part of universe creation which took millions of years to become what it is today. It is this body through which we experience life inside out. The word inside out means that whatever you see, touch and feel , the stimuli is outside in the world but what we experience is totally from inside the body. When we say the word, mybody, we literally means to take incharge of it. Taking incharge means to bring a balance and harmony between our body and the environment in which we live. To do so, it’s important to understand the composition of the physical body. Our body mainly comprises of five elements. The elements are beautifully depicted in the science of Ayurveda, known as Space, Fire, Air, Water and Earth. Once you know how to balance these five elements, the body start synchronising with the nature. Slowly and steadily, we will go through each element of it and know the simple useful exercises to balance the same.
